These terms apply to your use of this website and all of the sites and services owned or operated by Tabithadee  Ventures Inc. and all its brands, including but not limited to: www.tabithadeeconsulting.com,  www.flourishingrelationships.net, www.coachadeola.ca. These terms also apply when you purchase any of our products or services on this Site including our group and individual coaching programs and our e-learning courses, e-books, and other products (collectively, our “Products”).  By accessing or using the Sites or purchasing a Product, you agree to be bound by and to follow these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, so please check this page periodically for changes. By using these Sites or ordering a Product after we post any changes to these terms, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them or been notified about them. If at any time you choose not to accept these terms, please do not use this Site or any of our Sites.

Your privacy is important to us!  Please review our Privacy Policy for information explaining the information we collect and how we use it. Note: We’d sooner stab our eyes out than actively sell your information.

Payments for Online Purchases

Payment for your online purchases shall be made via credit card, Stripe, Paypal or other Company-approved payment method, as specified at the point of payment. By placing an order with us, you agree that we may charge your account the full purchase price, including all fees for shipping and all applicable taxes, immediately or, if you have elected an optional payment plan, in accordance with the payment plan schedule provided at the point of purchase.  Our prices and other dollar amounts are listed in Canadian and U.S. Dollars. Kindly check as we cater to a global audience.

By placing an order with us, you represent and warrant that the credit card or payment account being used is yours, and/or that you are duly authorized to use the account, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tabithadee Ventures Inc. and each of its officers, directors, employees, contractors, coaches, representatives, agents, successors and assigns (each, a “Company Releasee” and collectively, the “Company Releasees”) from any damages or losses of any nature or kind, including attorneys’ fees, that any Company Releasee may incur arising from any breach of or inaccuracy in the foregoing representation and warranty.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, items, and availability of Products available through our Sites; however, typographical, or clerical errors do occur. Accordingly, we reserve the right to revoke any stated price and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit or charge to your account in the amount of the charge. Images of Products on the Sites are for illustrative purposes only; actual Products may differ from such images.

We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product or service delivery. If there is an error in this email confirmation or with course emails (like the spam folder stole it), it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. Truly, please let us know as soon as possible. We never want you to feel like you ordered something, and we did not deliver, because that is awful.

BUILD A REAL BUSINESS (BARB) CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND PROGRAM RULES

It is our policy to provide all our clients with the best learning and coaching experience bar none.  It is our experience that the following policies best reflect our commitment to our clients.

Refund policy: Try our services at no risk! Our services come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We hope that your business is transformed via the business skills you develop through this program. We also expect you to give it your all, because change requires work – sadly there is no magic bullet to creating the life that you love personally, professionally, and in relationships. That’s why to be eligible for our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, you must submit proof that you did the required coursework for refund eligibility.

Regarding our digital courses, if you do the full coursework, don’t feel that it helped you, and submit your mastery sheet within 14 days of purchase, we’ll promptly refund your course fee. To be clear, if you do not include your completed coursework requirements within 14 days, no refund will be issued. It’s up to you to submit on time.

Payment policy: You are responsible to pay for our services in full. If you select the payment plan option, your card will be charged the first payment when you register and then will be charged once a month on the same day each month until payment is complete. If you miss a payment, within 7 days your account will be set as delinquent, and you will lose access to the program and any bonuses. If your account remains delinquent for more than 14 days, Tabithadee Ventures Inc. reserves the right to report any balance owed to a collection agency. If the account is restored to good standing, access will again be provided. To be clear, our services are not a membership program or subscription model where you can cancel at any time or simply pay for one part of the program. The program is a robust and immersive experience that builds on itself, and we offer a payment plan option only for your convenience.

Intellectual Property: All materials you see in the Tabithadee Ventures Inc. services and program are the intellectual property of Tabithadee Ventures Inc., You cannot share, copy, or create derivative works or resource guides that reference Coach Ade Ola, Tabithadee Consulting, the Flourishing Relationships content, or infringe on the company’s intellectual property in any way. Company images, logos, and content are protected by copyright. You are granted no right or license to the trademarks.

Non-disparagement: You agree that you will not engage in any conduct or communications with a 3rd party, public or private, designed to disparage the Tabithadee  Ventures Inc. including, but not limited to, any remark, comment, message, information, declaration, campaign, communication or other statement of any kind being verbal, in writing, electronic or otherwise that might be construed as derogatory, defamatory, libelous, or slander.

Finally, we reserve to the right to remove you from the program and withhold a refund, for any reason. For example: we may withhold a refund if you negatively impact someone else’s experience, share confidential material from this program produced by Coach de Ola, clients, or other students, promote yourself in our exclusive Facebook group, and try and convince other students to become your client, or participate in bad faith. (We believe you would never do something so unfaithful, but our lawyer wants us to say it!).

If we decide to no longer provide support to our online courses and program, we will give you at least 30 days of warning to download all the training from our student portal so you will be able to have access on your device, if you so choose.

OTHER PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICIES

To support all coaching clients in realizing their coaching objectives, all purchases of conferences, intensives, retreats, and assessments are final and non-refundable.

1:1 VIP COACHING WITH Coach Ade Ola IN 2024 REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds available for 1:1 coaching with Coach Ade Ola. Your VIP session must be used before the end of August 2024 or it is considered complete.

EXECUTIVE RETREAT: PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION, RELATIONSHIP, LEADERSHIP, AND WELL-BEING WAIVER

I (the client) voluntarily choose to participate in the retreat hosted by Tabithadee Ventures Inc. I expressly assume all risks of the program including any physical or dietary changes. I take full responsibility for my own dietary and physical choices during this event and any injury or illness that occurs, up to and including death.

I am of sound mind and body, and I release Tabithadee Ventures Inc. of any damages, claims of injury, lawsuits, allegations, and demands that I have now and in the future.  I have read, understood, and agree to the above statements.

LIABILITY

You agree that under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or any other damages arising out of your use of the Site or Service. Additionally, Tabithadee  Ventures Inc. is not liable for damages in connection with (i) any failure of performance, error, omission, denial of service, attack, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure: (ii) loss of revenue, anticipated profits, business savings, goodwill or data; and (iii) their party theft of, destruction of, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of your information or property, regardless of our negligence, gross negligence, failure of an essential purpose and whether such liability arises in negligence, contract, tort, or any other theory of legal liability.

The foregoing applies even if Tabithadee Ventures Inc. has been advised of the possibility of or could have foreseen the damages. In those states that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for the damages, our liability is limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by law. In no event shall Tabithadee Ventures Inc., cumulative liability to you exceed the total purchase price of the Service you have purchased from us, and if no purchase has been made by you Tabithadee Ventures Inc. cumulative liability to you shall not exceed $100.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided on the Site and in the Service, including all products and all online class and workshop materials are the intellectual property of Tabithadee Ventures Inc. and are provided to our clients for their learning and not for commercial use. The content of the Site and Service are protected by CANADA copyright law. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the content of the Site or the Service, in whole or in part without our prior written consent. You may not remove any copyright, or other notice from the content of the Site or the Service. We reserve the right to immediately remove you from the Service, without refund, at to pursue all available legal remedies against you if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy. In layman’s terms, please don’t steal any of our content and reposition it to sell as your own. You are better than that. Just unleash the greatness within you and not become a copycat.

STATEMENT OF SUPPORT FOR BLACK LIVES MATTER AND OUR ANTI-DISCRIMINATION POLICY

This is a safe space for all coaches, especially BIPOC coaches. We believe Black Lives Matter and we will not stand for discrimination or harassment of any kind from our clients or members of our team.

Definition of Discrimination: Discrimination based on race, creed, religion, color, age, disability, marital status, or any other status protected by law.

Definition of Harassment: Any behavior in the work environment that is unwanted or offensive to the recipient, which creates a hostile, humiliating, or intimidating work environment.
